Remember 2000s era flash dating sims? This is a framework to make games like that but in Ren'Py. The framework is complete with filler graphics and an example project to show you how it works, and an instruction guide in both a txt file and commented into one of the rpy files. May not be the most well organized, but future updates will hopefully make it a bit more intuitive. Bare minimum only basic knowledge of how Ren'Py works is required (dialogue, variables, images, labels), but more in-depth customization will require understanding of screens and screen language. Just to show one way it could look with a simple reskin, here's an example using the GUI from my own game, Moonlit Veil: Leave a comment to let me know if you use this! How do I use my Playground?
On any game page, tap “Playground” to pin that game. Head to My Playground to edit its name, bio and layout, then share your public link with friends.
What is Play together?
Play together lets you co-play the same game with friends in real time. Open a game room and everyone can play side by side while chatting in the room — like crowding around one screen, online.
How do I play with friends?
Tap “Play together” on a game page, pick a public room or a private one with a password, then share the room link with friends. You can also browse and join open rooms from the Lobby.
