By using BeeGames you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the service — no account is required to read them.

Accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Use a unique password and contact us immediately if you suspect access without your permission.

Don’t do things that ruin BeeGames for everyone else:

• No automated scraping, mass account creation, or denial-of-service attempts.
• No reverse-engineering, tampering with, or rehosting our APIs without written permission.
• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content via any user-facing surface (waitlist forms, future comments, etc.).
• No attempt to bypass the security or rate limits in front of game iframes or the API.

Most games are provided by third-party studios and load inside iframes. Their gameplay, in-game terms, and any in-iframe purchases are governed by the original publisher’s policies. BeeGames is not responsible for the content of those games but will remove any title that violates our policies on report.

BeeGames branding, code, and the curated catalogue layout are owned by us. Each game and its assets remain the property of its original creator. You may link to BeeGames pages freely, but please do not copy our text, design, or screenshots without permission.

BeeGames is provided “as is” while we are in active development. We work to keep it stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that any specific game will remain available.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
