Contest entry for :iconeeveefanclub:'s march contest, which is to create a hybrid of two eeveelutions. This is Poseideon, the combination of Flareon and Vaporeon. Its said that Poseideon can change the temperature and humidity of the air as it pleases, therefore being able to control the weather.
