How to color in Photoshop

Well, here's my tutorial about how to draw pictures like mine. I hope it will be understandable enough. I couldn't spend too much time explaining all the details, so I'm going to suppose you know a bit about how photoshop works. I know the tools in this tutorial are in Spanish. I don't have the English version of photoshop. So I hope you'll be able to locate the correct tools by the shape of the box. The character in this tutorial is Bunnie Rabbot, from the old Sonic TV series.
