Get ready to manage a hospital! It is a serious job, but also fun! Running a hospital requires good skills in training, organizing, managing; and more importantly a smiling face! You should follow the patientsâEUTM needs and treat them fast. I mean very fast! You will need to buy more equipment as your business grows (an ICU Bed, an extra triage and more beds) to not lose the patients.
