It also seems he has some wounds, so spray a medical lotion so they won't get infected. You can also unlock some special items if you play some cool mini-games. Like a nice soap to wash him really good and remove all the dirt if you can find some hidden objects in the bathroom. Or a sponge which will help you clean up his clothes if you succeed in a fun memory game in which you will have to find animal pairs.
