<h2>Overview</h2><p>X-Bladez: Inline Skater is an <a href="/inline-skating/3015-7998/" data-ref-id="3015-7998">inline skate</a> racing game developed by <a href="/vision-scape-interactive-inc/3010-445/" data-ref-id="3010-445">Vision Scape Interactive</a> and published by <a href="/crave-entertainment/3010-111/" data-ref-id="3010-111">Crave Entertainment</a> (with <a href="https://www.giantbomb.com/ubisoft-entertainment/3010-82/" data-ref-id="3010-82">Ubi Soft Entertainment</a> co-publishing in Europe) for the <a href="/playstation/3045-22/" data-ref-id="3045-22">PlayStation</a> in North America on January 30, 2002 and in Europe on March 22, 2002.</p><p>From the studio behind the <a href="/kick-scooter/3055-7716/" data-ref-id="3055-7716">kick-scooter</a> racing game <a href="/razor-racing/3030-93554/" data-ref-id="3030-93554">Razor Racing</a>, X-Bladez has players racing across various courses (either against other skaters or against the clock) while doing stunts for points.</p><p>It also received a separate handheld adaptation by <a href="/the-code-monkeys-ltd/3010-1109/" data-ref-id="3010-1109">The Code Monkeys</a> for the <a href="/game-boy-advance/3045-4/" data-ref-id="3045-4">Game Boy Advance</a>, released in Europe on March 29, 2002 and in North America on April 5, 2002. Unlike the PS1 version, this game is more of a <a href="/kart-racer/3015-336/" data-ref-id="3015-336">"kart racer"</a>-style game that makes use of <a href="/mode-7/3015-184/" data-ref-id="3015-184">Mode 7</a>-style graphics.</p>
