Similar to the above program, this program makes ROM Patch codes (Action Replay v3) that temporarily change the base type of an entire UMBREON species. At the moment, the program only creates codes for US UMBREON Emerald. Any of the UMBREON can be changed to have either one or two types. To get a pure type, change both types to the same thing.
