Shoot beams of light back out into space while trying to avoid hitting the CO2 particles and other greenhouse gases. In between levels, answer environmental related questions to either increase or decrease the number of greenhouse gas particles present on the next level. If you don't shoot light rays out fast enough, the temperature will rise and the iceberg will melt causing Vancouver to flood!
