This is a parody between the anime called Hetalia Axis Powers and the opening of Arrested Development if you are not familiar with the series you probably wont get it -_-U Hetalia is my brand new favorite anime series =) is about personified countries during WW II Arrested Development is awesome too =D too bad it was cancelled T_T it was a very good comedy n_n i still watch it on ISAT
