<h2>Overview</h2><p>Pete Sampras Tennis is a tennis game developed and published by <a href="/codemasters/3010-491/" data-ref-id="3010-491">Codemasters</a> for the <a href="/genesis/3045-6/" data-ref-id="3045-6">Genesis</a> and <a href="/game-gear/3045-5/" data-ref-id="3045-5">Game Gear</a> platforms.</p><p>The Genesis version of the game used what is called a J-Cart. The J-Cart contained two more controller ports on the front of the game cartridge itself allowing up to four players without the need of a multitap. </p>
