<h2>Overview</h2><p>Cyber Knight II: Chikyuu Teikoku no Yabou ("Cyber Knight II: The Terran Empire's Ambition") is a strategy RPG for the Super Famicom. Like its 1990 predecessor, <a href="/cyber-knight/3030-19939/" data-ref-id="3030-19939">Cyber Knight</a>, the game switches between on-foot and mech combat, both of which play out tactically as units are moved around on a grid-like field. The game takes place chronologically after the first game and concerns taking back the Earth from the military dictatorship that has taken it over during the events of the first Cyber Knight.</p><p>Like Cyber Knight, the game was <a href="/fan-translation/3015-7684/" data-ref-id="3015-7684">fan-translated</a> by the Aeon Genesis group. The patch became available to download in 2005.</p>
