<h2>Overview</h2><p>Feda: The Emblem of Justice is a strategy RPG for the Super Famicom. It features a plot wherein a few soldiers decide to rebel against the Empire they fight for after it continues to perform atrocities on innocent people. The rebellion starts small but continues to grow as the game's story progresses.</p><p>It is both mechanically and aesthetically similar to Sega's <a href="/shining-force/3025-630/" data-ref-id="3025-630">Shining Force</a> series (including centaur and beastmen units) and Nintendo's own <a href="/fire-emblem/3025-196/" data-ref-id="3025-196">Fire Emblem</a> series. The player takes their group of characters through a series of tactical battles, moving them around a grid to attack enemy forces. When two units meet in combat, the game uses short animated cutaways to show the exchange of damage.</p><p>Feda: The Emblem of Justice was eventually remade for the Sega Saturn with various CD enhancements in 1996, two years after its original Super Famicom release. It also saw a sequel for the PlayStation in 1997: <a href="/feda-2-white-surge-the-platoon/3030-36792/" data-ref-id="3030-36792">Feda 2: White Surge the Platoon</a>.</p>
