Virtual Soccer was developed by Probe Entertainment, a British company, and published by Hudson Soft.</p><p>The following international sides are represented in Virtual Soccer: England, Scotland, Ireland (referred to as Eire), France, Belgium, Holland (The Netherlands), Germany, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Cameroon, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Portugal and Spain.</p>
