~Fall is coming II~ I have been working hard on the last few days on creating a decent multi-use AS3 particle system for my gallery. I think I have perfected the particle movements to something more natural and controllable. On the right side you have controls to select different particles, and there are a couple of options for particle combinations. You will notice this is a 100% dynamic system - not even I know where or how each of the leaves will fall - it's always unique. To make this small and fast to load, I made all the particles with vectors, at the cost of possibly more CPU usage. To compensate for that, I made this is a conservative system, where the number of particles on screen is always the same (you can count them!). :) Once again, I composed new and original music just for this deviation. Background image is from the Among the Trees collection by Didi_mc. Particle system was created entirely in ActionScript3. Hope you like it and thanks for coming by!
