Here's a small preview of what I've managed to do in several months of picking at it. There's been a couple of false starts, but I'm now finding my motivation again and plowing through before I lose it again. Bear in mind that this is still in progress. I'm trying a new method of doing things, starting with body animation, then background animation, background characters, and finally lip sync. I may outsource to volunteers to help with the lip sync since it's such a chore to do (with my method anyway). If I grind away at this for 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, I may be able to get the majority of the first half done in a month. I'm splitting this 20 minute episode up into two parts. Part one will have the musical number and part two will have the action. :icontoxicthundercloud: is helping as much as he can while working on his own projects and :icondeftwise-zero: has already completed most of the backgrounds needed. Drop in any suggestions for improvement in the comments. If you're bored, perhaps you can draw up an animatic for the musical part and upload it to youtube. It'd help a huge amount.
