<h2>Overview</h2><p>Pat Riley Basketball is a basketball game developed and published by <a href="/sega/3010-62/" data-ref-id="3010-62">Sega</a> for <a href="/genesis/3045-6/" data-ref-id="3045-6">Genesis</a> and <a href="/arcade/3045-84/" data-ref-id="3045-84">Arcade</a> platforms.</p><h2>Gameplay</h2><p>Pat Riley Basketball is comprised of two modes of play: Exhibition and Tournament.</p><p>Like standard basketball, the game consists of four quarters. The player however, has the ability to change the length of each quarter. Times range from 5 to 20 minutes of play.</p><h3>Teams</h3><p>The player may choose one of eight teams:</p><ul><li>LA Hoops</li><li>Detroit Jets</li><li>Dallas Wings</li><li>Denver Jammers</li><li>Seattle Bears</li><li>Boston Bashers</li><li>Houston Rebels</li><li>New York Busters</li></ul>
