When someone eats candy as much as Tom does, no wonder he ends up at the dentist office. As far as I can tell, there's gonna be a lot work to do. Some teeth have barely a dark spot on it, but most of them are in pretty bad shape. Some teeth are so rotten that there's no other solution but to pull them out. There you have all the necessary dental instruments, all kinds of drills, a mirror and extracting pliers. Even if you're not very familiar with the tooth extraction procedure, just remember what the doctor did to you once and do the same. I guess fixing teeth can't be that hard, right? In the end, when you fill up all the cavities, you can use some tooth paste to polish all the teeth and give Tom a radiant smile. Although it might hurt a little bit, it's worth the hassle. Tom will get rid of all rotten teeth and bad breath once and for all.
