Since different controllers have different buttons, you have to set them up yourself (pressing esc to access the menu during gameplay). I recommend shoulder buttons for magic and attack, and then whatever combination of two buttons you find comfortable for run and jump. There is currently a bug with controllers where the browser version of the game does not recognize input from the second joystick. Which means you cannot select targets with your magic. Its not a big deal, but its good to be aware of. One work around for now is to use the mouse during that section.
