<h2>Overview</h2><p>Virtual Pinball is a pinball game exclusive to the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive and is an enhanced adaptation of <a href="/pinball-construction-set/3030-17410/" data-ref-id="3030-17410">Pinball Construction Set</a>, originally released in 1983 for the <a href="/apple-ii/3045-12/" data-ref-id="3045-12">Apple II</a> home computer. It was developed by the original creator of Pinball Construction Set, <a href="/bill-budge/3040-5708/" data-ref-id="3040-5708">Bill Budge</a>, and is credited to his company alias BudgeCo. Budge was the director and main programmer for the game, though the graphics and music were outsourced.</p><p>As with its predecessor, players can choose to play on several pre-built tables or create their own from a selection of parts, table themes, and BGM. The cartridge space can hold up to ten player creations.</p>
