Practice figuring out the sex of the fruitflies below. Click on an individual fly to determine its sex. You can also anesthetize the flies to stop them from moving. This will be important, because some genes are located on the X chromosomes and are therefore inherited differently in males and females. You will need to be able to tell the males from the females.
