This kind of an abstract game is a good way to clear your thoughts! You can totally be absent-minded while playing it just following the ball. For what it's worth, you're not the man-gets-struck-by-lightening ball :) You're that moving 'machine' which can be moved by pressing left and right arrow (or moving the mouse left-right). The point is to catch (to hit) the ball as many times as you can.. That's the wisdom of it.
