Each course presents its own quirks and challenges: Marston Beach is filled with sand traps, while Cranfield Lakes presents a problem with constant water hazards.</p><p>While the game is mainly presented in the standard behind-the-back style of the time, it also makes use of the system's <a href="/mode-7/3015-184/" data-ref-id="3015-184">Mode 7</a> graphical effects, including an overhead view of the course (both for following shots and for reading the course), an overhead view of the green for putting, and a dynamic 3D aerial camera for following long drives.</p>
