It features George Foreman, former heavyweight champion, and a bunch of other boxers in a game that uses the behind-the-back approach of Nintendo's Punch-Out!!.

Game Boy Version

The Game Boy version of George Foreman's KO Boxing was developed by Beam Software and published by Acclaim in September of 1992.
