She is royalty in Boo York but it is stated that her dad does not have a good reputation, simply for being the Rat King, even though he is the most powerful rat in Boo York. Mouscedes is a little spoiled brat, but inside she has a heart of gold. She loves being pampered, even when there is no reason to do so. She likes her luxorious life, always shopping.
