The bulk of the game's roster consists of characters invented specifically for the game. The game supports up to two players.</p><p>In addition to being one of the earliest games to depict joshi pro-wrestling it also featured uncommon additions like a play-by-play by commentators in the top right corner as well as a visual indication of how each wrestler was faring by a close-up of their face. The more distressed a wrestler appeared, the easier it was to pin or submit them.</p>
