<p> </p><h2>Overview</h2><p>Jikkyou Power Pro Wrestling '96: Max Voltage is a pro wrestling game developed by <a href="/pawapuro-production/3010-6848/" data-ref-id="3010-6848">Diamond Head</a> (currently Pawapuro Production) and published by <a href="/konami-corporation/3010-87/" data-ref-id="3010-87">Konami </a>for the Super Famicom in 1996.</p><p>As the "Jikkyou" in the title implies, one of the game's main gimmicks is the use of voiced play-by-play commentary, provided by TV Asahi announcer Yoshinari Tsuji. The game features a roster of wrestlers from several fictional wrestling federations loosely based on real-life counterparts, as well as cameos from many well-known Konami characters.</p>
