FIXED - You might want to give it some time to load, since there's a few audio tracks and they won't load right away. I have no idea how to put in preloaders so There's no way to force everything to load except from just waiting Fourth Animation for my webcomic Sburbian. Still figuring out some of the basics of actionscript and sound, so I made this for a more interactive panel rather than just a slightly animated one - Also quite a few people suggested the command to play music.
