The rider time sound is pretty much the henshin sound for the watches alone, and since I don't plan on making backgrounds for the another riders then there isn't really a point in my eyes. Sadly the one compromise I had to make was his rider time had to be on the left like everyone else. But I added his own version of the Zikan Girade.
