You have to click him to fully understand the title. ;) This is the fourth "yellow animation"(other three: [link] [link] [link]) I have made. In order to imitate the anime style of Sgt. Frog, I try outlining with the pencil tool...but I will never do such silly thing again. ^^; I forgot that you can adjust how sensitive the paintbrush tool is... And the weird snickering sound is, of course, my own voice. That's why it's sounds kinda girlish...
